Once your booking is confirmed not it's time to get everything ready! Here is a checklist of getting your listing preped for your appointment

Thing To Remember

  • Fill Out All Booking Details

  • Please do not schedule other services (cleaners, movers, contractors, etc.) on the day of your appointment.

  • For the safety of our photographers, pets must be crated or secured in a separate room with the door closed.

  • If we arrive and pets are loose with no one present to secure them, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  • Please Confirm All Parties Agree To Times

Interior Checklist

  • Sweep or mop floors, clean windows, and dust surfaces

  • Put away clutter in drawers, closets, or the garage

  • Remove towels, small rugs, and countertop items

  • Declutter all visible surfaces (countertops, vanities, dressers, nightstands, etc.)

  • Make all beds and straighten curtains

  • Hide all personal hygiene items in bathrooms

  • Remove or hide trash cans (kitchen & bathrooms)

  • Pick up and store kids’ toys and pet items

  • Crate or relocate pets to a garage, basement, or separate room

  • Replace any burnt-out light bulbs

  • Hide visible cords (TV cables, power cords, chargers, etc.)

  • Park vehicles on the street or away from the home

  • Put garbage and recycling bins out of sight

  • Sweep walkways, driveways, and porches

  • Hide garden hoses and tools

  • Clean and arrange patio or outdoor furniture

  • Put away kids’ toys and pet items

  • Mow the lawn and remove leaves or debris

What We Will Do

  • Adjust blinds and lighting for optimal exposure

  • Close all toilet seats in bathrooms

What We Will Not Do

  • Move or rearrange furniture or decor

  • Hide or move cords, cables, or personal items

  • Make beds, clean, dust, or declutter

  • Handle pets or pet-related items

  • Touch personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, shampoo, brushes, etc.)

  • Digitally remove vehicles, power lines, walls, cords, or other large objects (“Photoshop” requests)
